- My professional indemnity insurance prohibits selling coaching services to anyone not currently residing in the UK. By buying my coaching services you confirm that you reside within the United Kingdom.
- Coaching commonly addresses attitudes, behaviours, knowledge and skills, and also focusses on emotional development. My role is to help you understand how to improve, develop, learn, achieve aims and manage life change and personal challenges. You understand that responsibility for making such changes lies with you.
Cancellation and refund policy
While appointments can be cancelled at any time, 2 full days’ notice must be given to ensure a refund. For example, if your appointment is scheduled on a Thursday 4th, you must have cancelled your appointment by 12 midnight on the preceding Monday. This allows Tuesday and Wednesday for other clients to make bookings.
The 6 session packages can also be refunded with same 2 full days’ notice of the first appointment. Partial cancellations will be subject to a withdrawal of the discount. For example, if you wish to cancel two remaining Skype or telephone appointments your refund would be £84, this is calculated as (£324-(4 x £60)).
